Music moves me, makes me want to run. My playlists are named based on how I feel that day, eclectic mixes based on my mood. My RUN ANGRY playlist contains a lot of Eminem, great beats and cuss words to shout out when I feel like the my world sucks. Lyrics to motivate and help push me through the pain, make me forget about whatever it is that needs to be forgotten even if it’s only for an hour. This is the song; my anthem that will get me through all of the half marathon training, this will be the song that starts the half for me and the song that will see me through to the end.
